What type of currency can I use to place an order ?

Please note that all our prices are in euros. TCBW reserves the right to modify these at any time, not affecting your statutory rights. We kindly remind you that shipping and custom charges are not included in the price.

What about payment security?

On THECATBRANDW every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use secure servers and the implementation of the most advanced encryption services (SSL). We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the "https" URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the browser's address bar.

If there is any problem with the payment how I get in touch?
You can contact our customer service through Whatsapp

number 722 67 08 02 (from 09.00 am to 05.00 pm CET) about

any problem you may have in the process of placing your order. If there is

an error during the payment process with your credit card, you will immediately receive an e-mail to inform you of the error. In that case, the payment will not be processed, and we will put your order on standby.

How can I get a discount code?

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
 

When will the payment of my order be done?

If your card is authorized, payment will be made immediately and you will receive and email confirming that your order has been placed correctly, if your card has not been authorized, you will not be able to make the payment.

If you buy from outside the EU, please note that the corresponding taxes will be applied as duties once the package arrives in your country. In addition to taxes, there is the possibility that your order may also incur custom charges.
