Which is the time limit for returns?

THECATBRANDW reserves the right to refuse returned orders, should the return claim have been not communicated to us or the returned order sent to us after the fixed deadline (14 days). or should the order be returned in a worse condition than upon reception by the customer.
If I make a return, will the shipping costs be refunded?
Under the circumstances written above, you are responsible for the return of any item until it reaches us, as well as for the shipping cost. We would strongly recommend obtaining a proof of postage certificate at the time
of posting, choose a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. THECATBRANDW doesn’t guarantee the receiving of your returned item. TCBW will not compensate for lost parcels during the return process.
Returns with unpaid custom charges, shipping cost or any additional
fees will not be accepted.
What happens during season sale?
During sales periods or on discount items, refunds, exchanges or cancel orders will not be available.
How can I return an item?
The returned items must be sent in intact condition, properly labeled and fully packaged. Please keep in mind that we won’t accept items used, washed, damaged or should the order be returned in a worse condition
than upon reception by the customer.
What happens if I receive an incorrect item?
If we have made a mistake regarding your order, we will pay the sending
or shipping costs. If you find yourself in this position please contact us

What happens if I receive a defective item?
Once you receive the order we kindly ask you to check carefully any item and let us know if there is something wrong. You can claim any incidence or defective item within 3 days since the package is delivered. Then we request you send us a mail to email@example.com with your order number, the description of the article and its problem plus a picture/s were we clearly see the fault of the defective item with the ragtag intact. We will review the case and get back to you within 24 hours at the latest.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We usually ship purchases on the same day. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that the cancellation or the change can be done if you reach out of CET timetable or exceed the time limit to do so.
I want an exchange, how can I do it?
In order to exchange an item for another size, color or for a different item, first you have to request a return, and after, provided we receive the item
in the same condition we shipped it, the refund will be processed and you can make a new order. You´ ll receive your refund in approximately in 15
calendar days from the reception of the product.
How will I get my refund?
You will receive your refund in approximately. 15 calendar days from the reception of the product in our warehouse, once the item has been checked to ensure it is in the same condition as sent. Bear in mind that the deadline for the receipt of a payment by credit card always depend on your bank.
